I built Altara after 13 years in the staffing industry because I realized that while technology has made hiring faster, it hasn't necessarily made it better.

My career has been spent at the intersection of high-growth industries—from the precision of private aviation and medical devices to the fast-paced worlds of real estate and private equity. What I learned across these sectors is that a resume can tell you what someone has done, but it can’t tell you who they are or how they’ll impact your culture.

I started Altara to bring the "human element" back to the forefront. Every conversation matters, every detail counts, and every placement is treated as a major milestone for both the company and the candidate.
